Asus has announced its entry into the budget tablet market in India with the launch of the Asus MeMO Pad. The 7-inch tablet is priced at Rs 9,999. The MeMO Pad's screen has a resolution of 1024x600 pixels at 169 pixels per inch. It runs on Google's Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal memory.
