TRAI recommends digital broadcasting by 2013

New Delhi: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on Thursday recommended that all analogue signals be phased out by 2013 to allow consumers to watch high quality digital channels of their choice on a-la-carte basis.
