
New Delhi: Union Law Minister Kapil Sibal has admitted that the United Progressive Alliance government has failed to communicate to the people its achievements in the last four years. He was speaking to CNN-IBN's Karan Thapar on Devil's Advocate. Sibal conceded that this has been one weakness of UPA-II because of which it has suffered in perception.
