Vancouver is no longer the world's most 'livable' city!  Australia's second-largest city Melbourne has been rated the world's best city to live in according to a recent survey. Mumbai came in at 116 with countries like Tripoli and Dhaka ranking even lower. In the top 10, Auckland came in last. But the city need not worry - the list extends to almost 200 cities or more. Adeliade and Perth tied at slot 8 for the World's most livable cities.
