
Mumbai: At the music launch of Sanjay Dutt-starrer 'Policegiri', producer Rahul Aggarwal unveiled a vinyl board on which fans can post their messages for the actor, who is currently in jail. The message board will travel to different cities during the film's promotion.
"We will unveil a vinyl (board) on which everyone here will write a message, and we will carry it (the board) to all the cities we are travelling to. There also, people will write a message to Sanjay Dutt, and we will make sure (the board) gets to him," Aggarwal said here Friday.
Sanjay is serving his 42-month prison sentence at the Yerawada Central Jail in Pune, in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blast case. He plays the lead role of a policeman in 'Policegiri', the Hindi remake of Tamil blockbuster 'Saamy'.
The film's lead actress, Prachi Desai, said it is the responsibility of the film's team to give their best in promoting the project in Sanjay's absence....
