OSCAR WINNER HUDSON MOURNS: Police Tape is stretched around the outside of the home of the mother of Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson. Police were searching for the actor's seven-year-old nephew who is missing from the home but now believe that he is dead since they have recovered a body. On October 25, 2008 in Chicago, Illinois, Hudson's mother was found shot to death in her living room and her son Jason was found shot to death in a bedroom of the home.
