AMMA IS UPSET: AIADMK chief J Jayalalithaa's convoy was attacked near Madurai on Thursday and the former chief minister alleged that the attack was by DMK workers.
The workers allegedly pelted stones at Jayalalithaa's car while she was on her way from Madurai to Ramnad district in Tamil Nadu.
“The DMK wanted to stop me from going for a function and hence they attacked my convoy. It's the same people who were behind the Rajiv Gandhi assassination who are now after my life,” Jayalalithaa said. Read story
