Flame of Hope, the official torch for the 2009 Special Olympics World Winter Games, has made its way to Red Fort, New Delhi where 300 Special Olympics athletes carried the torch on a 3 km historic run to the streets of Old Delhi in Chandni Chowk on Sunday.
