The British entrepreneur who runs $8 billion (sales) mobile-phone retailer Carphone Warehouse seems to have a soft side. Dunstone is said to give every employee the day off on birthdays and sends a cake. That is probably one reason why the company has been named one of Britain's best workplaces for the past two years.
