After the early jolts, captain Mushfiqur Rahim (44) and vice-captain Mahmudullah (48) combined once again putting up a vital 91-run stand in just 76 balls to put the hosts back on track in the run chase.
Though West Indies came back well scalping few quick wickets late in the contest Nasir Hossain (39*) kept his calm till the end to ensure that Bangladesh chased down 217 and won the match by two wickets to clinch the series 3-2.
