Bigg Boss 7: Are Gauhar and Kushal being victimised unnecessarily?

This is perhaps the biggest fight that this season of 'Bigg Boss' has witnessed. Kushal was accused of physically assaulting Andy and was asked to leave the house.
The Bigg Boss had given the inmates the task of 'ignoring the obvious' where inmates had to pretend that Andy and other outsiders do not exist inside the house. Andy, on his part, had to distract the inmates and get a reaction from them with his antics.
During the task, Andy took some personal stuff of Gauhar's to distract her. Bigg Boss immediately asked him not to and Andy stopped but once the task got over Gauhar lashed out at Andy and stated that they aren't friends anymore. Kushal got into an argument with Andy and tried to hit him.
Chaos had ensued by now inside the house and Kushal verbally abused Andy.
Although Gauhar asked Kushal to stop, she did take his side and stated that Kushal had just touched Andy and not really hurt him.
Even Partyusha took Kushal's side and stated that Andy was at fault and he did not know how to respect women.
In a sudden twist, Bigg Boss has announced Kushal to leave the house for being violent towards a fellow inmate.
Gauhar has also opted to walk out of the house with Kushal stating that Bigg Boss is partial towards certain people in the house. The episode will be aired tonight.
Gauhar allegedly collapsed while exiting the house and was carried out by Kushal. Do you think the Bigg Boss has been unfair to Kushal and Gauhar?
