Powerful women, powerful exchanges: Britain's Queen Elizabeth II, presented President Pratibha Patil with the baton to launch the XIX Commonwealth Games Queen's Baton Relay. The relay is for the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games. The baton exchange ceremony took place outside Buckingham Palace in London on Thursday, October 29, 2009.
