Here is a list of gadgets that hit Indian markets last week.
Samsung launched its flagship smartphone - the Galaxy S III in India at a price of Rs 43,180 for the 16GB version. The phone is available on online shopping sites - HomeShop18 and Flipkart - for Rs 38,900.
Sony India expanded its range of interchangable lens camera by launching Alpha 77. It comes with a new A-mount model. It is claimed to feature the fastest 12fps burst shooting for interchangeable lens camera with APS-C size sensor not only in its class, but in the world. It is priced at Rs 69,990 and along with a 16%u2013105mm lens, the camera is priced at Rs.99,990.
Milagrow announced the addition of yet another tablet PC to its range. The latest is the TabTop 7.4, a 7-inch tablet. The TabTop 7.4 is only 6.5 mm thick and weighs 361 grams. The 16GB variant is priced at Rs 13,990 and the 4GB version will be available for Rs 10,990.
PNY introduced the new Mini M1 USB flash drive. It is one of the smallest drives available in the market. The device comes in four variants - 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and 32GB. It starts at Rs 375 onwards.
Acer announced the launch of the S, M V3, V5 and E series of notebooks under its Aspire range.
Portronics announced the launch of its new laptop cooling desk - My Buddy. It is priced at Rs 1999.
Chaze Mobile introduced a new feature phone in the market whose name literally describes the phone itself. Called the 'Chotu' (Hindi for small), the new feature phone is supposed to feature decent multimedia capabilities for a very low price of just Rs 1,099.
PNY announced the new PNY Transformer USB Flash Drive. It exhibits the hook design. It starts at Rs 495 for 4GB.
