First Look: Balakrishna, Parvathi in Telugu film 'Srimannarayana'
In the upcoming Telugu movie 'Srimannarayana', Isha Chawla and Parvati Melton have been cast opposite Balakrishna.
Known for playing muscular characters, Balakrishna will be seen playing a different role this time.
The movie portrays actor Balakrishna as a journalist who tries to bring a positive change in society through his work.
The movie has been shot in Malaysia, Switzerland, Hyderabad and Vishakapattanam.
Directed by Ravikumar Chavali, the movie is being produced by Ramesh Puppala. It has music by Chakri.
'Simrannarayana' will be a big break for both Isha Chawla and Parvati Melton .
Except Jalsa, Parvathi hasn't played the female lead in any big film. Even Isha's first two films aren't big starrer.
Music by Chakri is already topping the charts.
The movie also brought director Ravikumar Chavali and music composer Chaklri together after 3 years.
Taking a note from movies like 'Brahmacharulu' and 'Daggaraga Dooramg' director Ravikumar Chavali sets high hopes.
The film is said to have six villains.
The director is confident about the film and claims that the story adds strength to the film.
Vijaykumar, Suresh, Vinodkumar, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Jayaprakash Reddy, Krishna Bhagawan, Ahuthi Prasad, Dharmavarapu, MS Narayana, Raja Ravinder, Duvvasi Mohan, Rao Ramesh and Nagineedu are also a part of the film.
Earlier, the movie was titled as 'Kalki'. However, because of negative feedback the title was changed.
Watch out for Balakrishna as a journalist in the film.
The movie is scheduled to be released in December 2012.
