Chitrangda Singh and Arjun Rampal steam up the first look of 'Inkaar'

Inkaar has Arjun Rampal and Chitrangda Singh in the lead roles and is directed by Sudhir Mishra. The film hits cinema theatres on January 18, 2013.
The first look of director Sudhir Mishra's film on sexual harassment at the work place, 'Inkaar', has been revealed.
The first poster of the film suggests that the film is going to showcase some 'bold' scenes in order to establish the basic premise.
Based on the issue of gender politics, Sudhir Mishra's film 'Inkaar' promises to make a statement.
After working in advertisements and music videos, the 36-year-old wife of Indian golfer Jyoti Randhawa had impressed everybody with her debut role in Sudhir Mishra's 2005 film 'Hazaaron Khwaishen Aisi'.
The film tries to establish that rape is easier to prove than sexual harassment.
Before turning to the silver screen, Chitrangada Singh never walked the ramp despite being a model as she was not tall enough.
The dusky actress would also be seen in a romantic film 'I, Me, aur Main' with John Abraham.

For now Chitrangada is disappointed that the Akshay Kumar-starrer 'Joker', where she had an item number 'Kaafirana', bombed at the box office.

After playing an attractive professor in 'Desi Boyz' in her first commercial outing, Chitrangada has moved back to the world of niche cinema with Sudhir Mishra's next.
In 'Inkaar', she would be reuniting with her 'Hazaaron Khwahishen Aisi' director and the actress is using her own past experience to prepare for her role of a corporate woman who goes through sexual exploitation.

Though there hasn't been anything drastic in her life that Chitrangda can recount, she feels that exploitation is common all over the globe and it is just the intensity and severity that may differ.
