Telugu movie 'Dhenikaina Ready', which had actress Hansika Motwani playing the lead remained one of the biggest South Indian blockbusters of 2012.
Kumki: Actor Lakshmi Menon who played the character of Alli in Tamil movie 'Kumki' was well appreciated by the critics for her craft.
Kumki: This movie also marked the debut of actor Vikram Prabhu.
Spirit: Malayalam superstar Mohanlal, who portrayed the role of an alcoholic in the film became the talk of the town soon after it's release.
Spirit: Acclaimed Malayalam actress Kaniha too was applaud for her character Meera in the film.

Nanban: Yet another Tamil hit by superstar Jiiva had him playing the character of Sevarkodi Senthil in the film.
Gabbar Singh: One of the biggest hits of South cinema this year Telugu movie had ace actor Pawan Kalyan playing the lead role of 'Gabbar Singh'in it.
Gabbar Singh: Actor Shruti Hassan did justice as the female lead of the film.
Anna Bond: Rocking the Kannada industry was actor Puneeth Rajkumar who played the main role of 'Bond Ravi' in the movie.
Addhuri: Directed by AP Arjun, this Kannada film had some amazing acting by actress Radhika Pandit in it.
Katari Veera: Another Kannada blockbuster showcasing actor Upendra in the main lead was a great treat for the audiences this year.
