Jammu: The BJP on Sunday demanded Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah's resignation from the post with "dignity" for the state government's mis-governance and rampant corruption .
"Omar should step down from the post of the Chief Minister with dignity. As a Chief Minister, he has utterly failed to provide good governance and check highest degree of corruption," BJP state chief Shamsher Singh Manhas told a public gathering in Trikuta Nagar area here.
"Omar has forfeited the right to continue in chair in view of his total failure on all the fronts," Manhas said.
