Union Minister's escort vehicle kills 5

New Delhi: Five people died when an escort vehicle of Minister of State for Defence Pallam Raju hit an autorickshaw in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, on Thursday.

Four women who were travelling in the auto died on the spot and a man died at hospital. Seven people, including two constables, were injured.

Raju was on a visit to his constituency, Kakinada.
