Respected Sir/Madam,

I have vistited your Nokia authorized dealer at Vardhaman Market, Vashi, Navi Mumbai regarding defective (BL-5C) battery bearing battery identification no. 0670400363563N452723108174 on 20th August, 2007. I have been informed that I will get the replacement for the same via courier. But, twice or thrice I have informed them regarding the same and I have not received any kind of response from the dealer.

Therefore, this is to bring to your notice that I need to replace my battery ASAP as it is defective and I should not suffer any sort of problem before that.

I hope you will consider my request at the earliest and also do the needfull ASAP.

Nokia is fooling people. I registered a week back in their website. Till now nobody from Nokia has contacted me. You cannot reach 30303838 and their emails are full and bounce.

So, how on earth can we get the batteries replaced?
