Dear sir/madam,
i am a fresh graduate. i had appeared for cat last year and going to apply this year too. Is the no. of attempts a criteria in selection? for eg. if two candidates have almost the same percentile and for one it's the third attempt and for the other it's the first. would the latter be preferred over the former?
