Watch: India an efficient, yet cheap launch option

New Delhi: OceanSat-2, the second major satellite to watch Indian waters, and six other European satellites piggy backed aboard a rocket on Wednesday afternoon. A 960 tonne monster, it carries an Ocean Color Monitor to track our disappearing fish and to spot coastal pollution, a Scatterometer to read how rough the seas are and a third device to help track the progress of the monsoons.
