CNN-IBN has accessed a rare video of Maoists at a training camp in Maharashtra which gives a rare insight into how the rebels are indoctrinated and encouraged. The video shows rebels--young men and women--singing dancing, and taking training in weapons. Maoist rebels gained notoriety last week when they beheaded a police officer in Jharkhand and ambushed and gunned down 17 policemen in Maharashtra.
