Mumbai: Divine intervention may be something Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan gives some credit to for the Congress' victory in the state. He has offered his guru, Sathya Sai Baba, a special thanks but it's his invitation to officially host the godman at his residence that is raising eyebrows.
