Chennai: The Madras High Court held four top police officers responsible for the riot-like situation that had surfaced in the premises of the Court eight months ago. The Madras HC premises had reportedly turned into a virtual war zone when lawyers clashed with the police about eight months ago. The HC on Thursday held four top police officers 'squarely responsible.'
