Minister for State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor issued a statement saying he neither invested not received a single rupee for his 'mentorship' of the Kochi IPL franchise. Lalit Modi on his part was ticked off by the BCCI for breaching the confidentiality clause. A governing council meeting will happen in the next 10 days. Modi says he will reveal the ownership of the Kochi franchise.
