The Minister of state for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor and IPL commissioner Lalit Modi face off has taken to new heights. On Tuesday, Tharoor issued a statement saying he neither invested nor received a single rupee for his 'mentorship' of the Kochi IPL franchise. Modi on his part was ticked off by the BCCI for breaching the confidentiality clause. A governing council meeting will happen in the next 10 days.
