Mumbai: IPL Chairman Lalit Kumar Modi is not going down without a fight. Modi is moving the Bombay High Court on Friday, questioning the legality of the IPL Governing Council meeting on April 26. Modi says as IPL Chairman only he can convene a meeting of the Governing Council.
