IAS topper comes home amidst hugs, cheers

Hugs and kisses... almonds and flowers rained of IAS topper Shah Faisal as he arrived at his home in Srinagar. Faisal's father, a teacher, was killed by militants 8 years back... But he has now overcome that tragedy to emerge triumphant.
