Sri Lanka's President Mahinda Rajapaksa is on an official visit to the country, amidst protests from Tamil groups. PM Manmohan Singh will be meeting with him, and pressing for the speedy resettlement of some 70,000 internally displaced Tamils as well as more political power to the community.
