New Delhi: India will finalise the Teesta River water sharing agreement with Bangladesh only after consulting governments of the states which are going to be affected by the deal, said the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Monday. So the Teesta River water sharing agreement between the two countries is unlikely to be signed during Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's two-day trip on September 6-7 to Dhaka.
