With the US making it clear it plans to pull out of Afghanistan, the regional fallout is what we're discussing tonight, and with closer India-Afghanistan ties, the big question we're asking - Will Pakistan play spoiler? And we're speaking with Afghanistan's Foreign Minister; Dr. Zalmai Rassoul who was in Delhi, also to the author of Pakistan on the Brink, one of Pakistan's most plain speaking journalists, Ahmed Rashid will join us from New York. But first, US President Barack Obama marked one year since the raid that killed Osama Bin Laden by making a surprise visit and also some political mileage with that visit to Afghanistan this week. He made a big announcement that the war in Afghanistan, essentially one of decimating the Al-Qaeda, is now over. Obama who faces that election later this year also told those in America wearying of the war that he's committed to the troop pull out date of 2014.
