New Delhi: The stage is set for a renewed Centre-state conflict over the proposed National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC), as Prime Minister Manmohan Singh chairs a meeting on Saturday with chief ministers of ten states, including that of West Bengal, over the contentious issue in a bid to break the deadlock over it.
