Gujarat: Amicus report guns for Modi, SIT differs

New Delhi: In a jolt to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, the Supreme Court-appointed amicus curiae has held that he can be prosecuted for his role during the 2002 Gujarat riots.
