NRHM Scam: CBI grills, arrests ex-health secretary

New Delhi: Former Principal Secretary of the health department in Uttar Pradesh Pradeep Shukla was questioned and arrested by the CBI in connection to the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) scam.
