New Delhi: Harassed passengers bear the brunt as Air India pilots refuse to budge from their stand. One of the agitating pilots said, 'I want to go to Delhi and meet the minister, without the management. We have been ordered not to enter the premises. Either all of us go to work or we do not go. Dismissal letters have to be taken back.'
