New Delhi: Even as Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) player Luke Pomersbach was on Saturday granted bail in the molestation case, the alleged victim has threatened to file a defamatory suit against RCB team director Sidhartha Mallya if he did not apologise to her by Sunday evening for his defamatory tweets against her following the controversy.
