'Antibiotic azithromycin can cause cardiovascular death'

New Delhi/Mumbai: A US study has found that the commonly used antibiotic, azithromycin, poses a big threat to the heart. The study published in the New England Journal of Medicine says that azithromycin can cause cardiovascular death.
