New Delhi: Former Army Chief General (Retired) VK Singh has been summoned by a Delhi court on July 20 in the Lt General (Retd) Tejinder Singh defamation case. Gen (Retd) VK Singh and four others have been summoned by the court to depose in the case on July 20. General (Retd) VK Singh is the first former Army chief to have been summoned by the court.
