Washington: External Affairs Minister SM Krishna on Thursday said that the MoU inked between a US firm Westinghouse Electric and the Nuclear Power Company of India to install America's first nuclear reactor in Gujarat should end all speculations on the implementation of the 2008 Indo-US civil nuclear deal.
