New Delhi: 5.35 pm Samajwadi Party general secretary Ram Gopal Yadav hits out at the Congress saying the party's approach to the presidential poll is wrong, it consulted smaller parties but not the bigger ones. He, however, says that the Samajwadi Party will talk to the Congress if it wants.
