New Delhi: As Delhi faces a severe water shortage, the opposition BJP is making it a major political issue. And an exasperated Chief Minister is groping for answers. Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said, 'There is shortage of water in some areas. Secretary, Water Resources, Chief Secretary, Delhi and Chief Secretary, Haryana are looking into the problem. There is no point in blame game.'
