Charges framed against ex-Himachal CM in a CD case

Chandigarh: A Shimla court has framed charges against former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister and Union Minister Virbhadra Singh in a case of criminal misconduct in 1989. Virbhadra Singh was allegedly heard in the CD speaking to some with industrialists to grant them favours.
