Power crisis looms large, Delhi hikes rates again

New Delhi: A severe shortage of power has hit North India. There is a 310 lakh unit shortfall in Punjab and the state is experiencing 3-8 hour power cuts. The Bhakra dam is supplying 10 per cent less power to the northern grid.
