New Delhi: Former Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Bharat Bhushan had signed a letter and given it to the Additional DGCA in which it was pointed out that the troubled Kingfisher Airlines had failed to comply with the recovery plan. The letter accessed by CNN-IBN reveals that the Vijay Mallya-owned airline had been served a notice of 15 days to pay the salaries and dues of its employees.
