Have got no complaint on RTE: Karnataka officer

Bangalore: Karnataka Primary %26 Secondary Education Secretary G Kumar Naik says he hasn't received any complaint on any school chopping of the hair of children admitted under the Right to Education (RTE) Act and will act once he receives it.
