Celebrations have been on at Pranab Mukherjee's village in Birbhum. Speaking to CNN-IBN, his sister Annapurna Devi said that she wanted to attend the swearing in ceremony but because of her health she couldn't go. She, however, blessed Mukherjee and said she will visit Delhi for bhai dhooj.
