Assam violence: PM announces Rs 300 crore relief

Guwahati: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Saturday announced a Rs 300 crore relief package for the violence-affected regions of Assam, describing the conflict as 'unacceptable' and a 'blot on the nation'.
