New Delhi: Heavy rains, flash floods and landslides wreaked havoc across much of India on Tuesday. Nearly 34 people were dead and 20,000 were said to be affected in Uttarakhand, eight people had lost their lives in Kerala and four in Madhya Pradesh, while train services between Mangalore and Bangalore in Karnataka were hit.
