Gangotri: The higher habitats of Uttarkashi have been the worst-hit in the recent flash floods. CNN-IBN trekked to one such hamlet where a few families had taken shelter at some partially-constructed buildings. For six days, they waited for assistance from the government and their wait went unanswered.
