Chennai: Union Minister of Science and Technology, and Earth Sciences Vilasrao Deshmukh, who was suffering from a serious liver and kidney ailment, died at a Chennai hospital on Tuesday afternoon. Deshmukh died of multiple organ failure around 1:40 pm.
